IMPROVEMENT OF EXTRACTING MICRO PARTICLES VALUABLE COMPONENTS OF THE GRAVITY METHOD

Abstract. Analyses of dynamic system modelling gidroimpulse effects for the development of a systematic approach to solving the problem of disintegration of minerals. It is noted that the deepening of analytical and experimental researches gidroactivation sands that trigger cavitation effects will allow to solve the important problem of the disintegration of the mineral ore and placer deposits component type.

THE ESTIMATION OF INTENSITY OF THE PROCESS OF DISINTEGRATION OF CLAYEY SANDS BY WATER SATURATION CONDITIONS

WHEEL SCRAPER WITH BUCKET LOADER INTENSIFICOR FOR DEVELOPMENT OF RELAXING DEPOSITS

Abstract. In connection with the considerable range of transportation of rocks by bulldozers in some placer deposits, the cost of mining works is increasing. The article proposes the construction of a wheel scraper equipped with an intensifier of rock loading into the bucket. The results of research on the determination of the rational range of transportation of rocks by different sets of machines for the development of alluvial deposits are presented.

CHOICE OF GEAR AND RACK SYSTEMS PARAMETERS FOR MINING TECHNOLOGICAL MACHINES

Abstract. Results of researches on justification of kinematic and power parameters of gear and rack systems of hard loaded mining technological machines are presented in this article. It is shown that for adoption of more reasonable constructive decisions by the designer it is expedient to carry out an assessment of wear of the projected drive at a design stage. It is offered to apply additional indicators of quality of gearing: coefficients of speedup and speed of slippage, and also scoring resistance coefficient. Introduction of these parameters will allow to choose geometrical parameters of the designed systems which will possess the best kinematic and power characteristics and are least inclined to wear.

Abstract. This article contains examples of a Georadar research of subsurface constructions and objects. The conducted researches have shown Georadar definitions for subplanimetric sounding of objects are the modern and informative means of nondestructive measurements allowing to receive results in real time. Georadar definitions are informative as for natural soil and pedigree massifs, and for artificial soil constructions, dams, dams, the bases (bases) and allow to carry out an assessment of an initial state and structure, and also monitoring of development of deformation processes, development of a jointing, change of structure, etc. of natural and technical systems.

FEATURES OF THE FILTRATIONAL AND DEFORMATION CONDITION OF THE BULK SOIL DAM OF HYDROELECTRIC POWER STATION ACCORDING TO COMPUTER MODELLING

Abstract. Results of computer modeling of a bulk soil dam of hydroelectric power station and the spreading pedigree basis for detection of features of their filtration and deformation state are given. Hydrogeomechanical modeling is executed for the reservoir-dam-basis system with use of the specialized computer program. The complex analysis of data of computer modeling and Georadar sounding has allowed to reveal features of a filtration and deformation condition of a bulk soil dam of hydroelectric power station that provides a scientific and technical basis for the solution of problems of ensuring mechanical durability and antifiltrational stability of such dams.

THE STUDY AND PREDICTION OF THE RUBBER LINING DURABILITY OF BALL DRUM MILLS OF THE GRINDING FIRST STAGE

Abstract. The paper considers the problem of ensuring the durability of rubber linings ball drum mills. The basic character types and wear rubber lining that arise during operation of the mill and selected the most relevant, which significantly affect the durability of the lining, such as hydro-abrasive wear fatigue which forms a wavy surface material. The method and results of determining the degree of wear of the material energy criterion for fracture. Calculated fracture energy per unit volume of material from the effects of abrasion and fatigue wear. It is proposed to use the data to calculate the durability of rubber linings.

Abstract. This paper considers the case for the influence of applying a layer of metal on the base metal for the operation under thermal fatigue conditions. The lifetime of this bimetallic composite is determined by the stress-strain state of the surface layers. The study shows the influence of the linear expansion and heat conduction coefficient ratios, as well as the mechanical properties of the surface layers of the bimetallic composite metals and base metal of slab continuous casting machine (SCCM) rollers on the stress field formation near the roller-to-slab contact. A reasonable choice of these parameters allows an increase in the operating time of SCCM rollers.

Is presented a nomogram that allows to determine the time before the destruction of the shell, depending on the initial wall thickness of shell and the index of material embrittlement.

Abstract. The changes in the physicomechanical properties of machines and mechanisms elastomeric elements under conditions of the influence of an aggressive medium is considered. The reasons are considered and a functional dependence determining the change in the stiffness and dissipative characteristics of elastomers under the influence of sulfuric acid of different concentrations is obtained, which is typical for many processes of processing of mineral raw materials. The obtained dependences make it possible to clarify the calculation of the longevity index of such elements under real operating conditions.

RESEARCH THE BRAKING PROCESS OF A MINE DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE WITH HYDROSTATIC MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION AT KINEMATIC DETACHING THE ENGINE FROM WHEELS

FEATURES DISPOSITION OF THE VIBRATIONAL CHEEK CRUSHER DRIVE WITH THE OBLIQUE CAMERA OF CRUSHING

Abstract. The limitations imposed on the choice of the location of the exciter for the design of the vibratory-grinder crusher are justified.

The constructive schemes analysis of vibrating-grinder crushers with vertical arrangement of the crushing chamber is made. The evaluation criterion is the flow of the crushed material speed discharged from the crusher. It is shown that the qualitative location of the flow vectors of the material flow and the action of the perturbing force of the exciter remains unchanged with any arrangement of the drive on the crushing cheeks.

INTELLEGENT ROUTING IN MECHANICAL TRANSPORT SYSTEMS

Abstract. In work the adaptation of a cargo traffic to occurrence of local overloads in a mechanical transport system is investigated. The adaptation mechanism is based on building a routing strategy that reduces the flow to network segments with predicted overload. The forecast is based on the experience of observing the behavior of the degree of load of the system. A modified version of the case-reasoning analysis is proposed, using the concept of a figurative representation of situations. The modification of the algorithm for the dynamic construction of routing tables is proposed.

Abstract. The theoretical study of air launch as a promising and relatively inexpensive project for the creation of a space transportation system was conducted in the work. Using the described approach to solving the problem of transport space systems, it is possible to determine the complexity of implementing an air start project in practice, to predict the development of this topic in the future, and also to identify the project problems for more successful development of air start systems, which in turn will lead to the commercialization of near Space and the development of space transport systems.

Abstract. A magnetically levitated train’s suspension is the research object. The aim of the study is to build a correct model of this suspension. The rational research paradigms have been revealed. The existing versions of the required model have been considered. Their advantages and disadvantages have been described. The rational design schemes of suspension elements have been selected. The integrative paradigm has been adopted. Adequate assumptions have been entered. Suspension forces found according to Ampere's law.

TENSION OF FLEXIBLE BODY WITH FRICTION ON BLOCK

Abstract. The regularities of the realization of tractive force are established when friction of a closed tensioned flexible body along the block and distribution of the tension of a flexible body.

A method is proposed for constructing a tension diagram for a flexible body of a belt conveyor, which corresponds to the equilibrium conditions of the mechanical system, the law of conservation of mechanical energy in a closed mechanical system, and the concepts of transporting distributed loads.

LOW-FIRED CERAMIC BRICK WITH THE USE OF ALKALI-IRON-CONTAINING RAW MATERIALS

Abstract. Developed are ceramic brick compositions with the use of loessial loams, red-brown loams and red mud from Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant (ZALK). It is found that in case of green brick modified with the alkali-iron-containing systems, starting sintering temperature is lowered from 850 to 680°C, and that of sintering end is lowered from 950-1150°C to 850-870°C as compared to the non-modified material, which is consistent with energy conservation concept.

Abstract. Current situation with locomotive transport in Ukrainian coal mines has been analyzed; possible ways to improve efficiency of independence of mine electric locomotives as well as future use of accumulator batteries of various electrochemical systems have been considered. Efficiency of components with proton-exchange membrane using hydrogen as fuel has been substantiated. Structural scheme of generator for its formation has been developed. In addition, a technique making it possible to avoid exhaust emission into mine workings with fresh flow has been proposed.

Abstract. The objectives of this study were to examine the process of epoxidation scrap NR in a two-phase liquid-gas environment, the development of equipment design and energy-efficient method of performing this process. The presence of the epoxy groups in obtained ENR was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy. In addition to the qualitative analysis was conducted quantitative measurement of unsaturation rubbers and the concentration of epoxy groups in the ENR by titration methods. The loop reactor for recycling of scrap NR by epoxidation was designed. The reactor allows to work with viscous solutions of rubber and provides the necessary heating and mixing with the epoxidizing agent.

STUDY ON COMPONENT WISE FRICTIONAL POWER OF A SMALL SPARK IGNITED ENGINE

Abstract. During the process of engine downsizing or modification knowledge of friction power is required to determine the actual power produced inside the combustion chamber of an engine. Though lubricating oils are used for avoiding direct contact of moving and rotating components, the friction is inevitable in engines. It is a very well known fact that an internal combustion engine consumes around 20 % of the indicated power. Efforts are being made by researchers around the world to reduce the energy consumed by friction by exploring various methods. But all these methods are inclined towards reduction in fuel consumption there by reducing the carbon footprint instead of component wise analysis for longer life and overall engine performance. In this current investigation, a detailed study is carried out on contribution by each and every component towards frictional power. This will shed light on analyzing frictional power in an enhanced way. The total engine friction is evaluated initially by fuelling the engine. To account for the total engine friction measured, component wise friction analysis is carried out by stripping down one component at a time and running the engine with the help of a prime mover. Frictional loss in piston and rings is expected to be around 40 to 50% of the total frictional power loss and the rest by valve train, about 20 to 30% and the remaining 20 to 30% is accounted by rest of the relatively moving components. In addition to the study mentioned above the effect of lubricating oil temperature and percentage of friction modifier in lubricating oil is also explored and presented.

It was found that the method of carburizing (gas, vacuum or ion) has a significant effect on the properties. The preferred method is saturation in the glow discharge.

INCREASING THE CONTACT FATIGUE OF DETAILS FOR MINING MACHINERY

Annotation. Improving performance of highly loaded parts, including gear wheels for mining machinery is possible through the use of chromium-nickel steel. After carburizing them can hold a deformation hardening. It is shown that parts of steel 12Kh2N4A necessary to conduct low tempering after shot blast treatment. Such complex treatment leads to a significant increase in the contact fatigue of highly loaded gears.

Abstract. The problem of structure optimization of systems redundancy elements. Such problems arise in the design of complex systems. To improve the reliability of such systems operation of its elements are duplicated. This increases system cost and improves its reliability. A mathematical model of the problem is a discrete backup multiextremal. In the work for solving redundancy uses a new method for accurate quadratic regularization. This method allows you to convert the original discrete problem to the maximization of multi vector norm on a convex set. This means that the diversity of the tasks given to the problem of redundancy maximize vector norm on a convex set. To solve the problem, a reformed straight-dual interior point methods. Currently, it is the best method for local optimization of nonlinear problems. There have been numerous comparative numerical experiments in problems with the number of redundant subsystems to one hundred. These experiments confirm the effectiveness of the method of precise quadratic regularization for solving problems of redundancy.

Abstract. Modern state of technologies development for the production of synthetic motor fuel from solid fuels and natural gas is analyzed. It is shown that process GTL (Gas to Liquid) is one of the most effective production technologies of the high-quality fuels and other hydrocarbon products. The technology has not reached the wide commercial application because of the high technical complexity of processing and the possible risks investment. GTL may have economic advantages in the production of light petroleum products.

Abstract. The on-board radio-electronic apparatus of space vehicles (ORA SV) should be protected from the occurrence of electrostatic discharges which arise because of the appearance of significant potential differences between ORA elements made of different materials. This process is called differential charging of spacecraft elements and it is caused by different ability of materials to accumulate and redistribute the accumulated electronic charge, which is created in these materials due to interaction of spacecraft with near-earth plasma. In this paper, by modeling the operation of the RC generator in LT-spice, the minimum values ​​of the additional resistors are determined, which will simulate the additional conductivity of the dielectric of the printed circuit board of this generator, and will not affect the operation of the generator. The additional conductivity of the dielectric is designed to exclude the possibility of the formation of an ESR during electron irradiation.

Abstract. There has been undertaken an analysis of the effectiveness of choice of optimal model of multiple linear regression (MLR) with a strong linear relationship between the input variables. The study was conducted using a simulation method. It was conducted by analyzing five methods for selecting the optimal MLR (method of all possible regressions with the corrected coefficient of determination as an optimality criterion, the method of all possible regressions with the corrected coefficient of determination as benchmarks, and assessment of the significance of MDR ratios (based on t-statistics) method of all possible regressions using statistics of Mallouza as an optimality criterion, successive elimination method, incremental method) in terms of their stability under conditions of multi-collinearity. The study was conducted with the help of specially designed tion in the environment MATLAB software.

Abstract. The purpose of work is carrying out mathematical modeling of magnetic fields of permanent magnets and solenoids equivalent to them. Results of modeling of magnetic fields of permanent magnets of a cylindrical form and equivalent him to solenoids are given in work. It has been established that use of this or that method of calculation is defined by the shown accuracy and replacement of a permanent magnet with the equivalent solenoid brings errors in calculations. In the conclusion the corresponding conclusions are drawn.

Digital street (digital homeless) - the new metaphor we are able to explain what is happening in the Internet and other networks. Adults and children homeless as a digital exhibit typical features of the life and personality of the usual homeless, since anomie and alienation and ending with isolation and desocialization, developmental delay and destruction of the personality and its structures. Digital neglect occurs as a result of educational neglect as whole, lack of proper education and training. One of the external manifestations of psychosocial distress, when you are willfully neglect the care of the family or child care institution and subsequent homelessness: often is the answer or attempt to depart from the response in case of misconduct or conflict, psychological trauma or distress, violence and abuse; care of the frustrating situation. Escape in the media environment, however, is moving in a specific environment "digital natives", the introduction to the new community with its own values and mores, customs and norms. However, since the Internet and other media environment is «disorganized» more than “organized”, and the development of a person acquires the character of a disorganized, developing a state of irrelevance and marginality. With it and need to work with professionals, families, society, the state.

The paper describes a technique for searching of possible assemblies of four-bar fourth class Assur groups. The method is based on the representation of group by two four-bar linkages and the search of their coincident combinations.

Abstract. The article describes ways and methods of improving the quality of graduation in Oil and Gas Engineering by means of implementation of the competence building approach within the modernization of the content of professional education. The article proves the expediency of use of the activity approach in formation of professional competence of students of technical University and the experience of implementing this approach. The author emphasizes the importance of the discipline of mathematics in its function as the basis of professional education and pays special attention to the determination of the types of competences and the formation of general professional skills of bachelors.
