ContentsTHE IMPACT OF THE AGING EFFECT ON THE RUBBER OSCILLATION AMPLITUDE OF VIBRATION ISOLATORS MINING MACHINES Kirill Ziborov1, Anastasia Loginova2 1Ph.D., The Head of Machinery Design Bases Department, State Higher Educational Institution “National Mining University”, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, e-mail: ziborov@nmu.org.ua 2Postgraduate, State Higher Educational Institution “National Mining University”, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, e-mail:LoginovaA@nmu.org.ua Abstract. The change of physical and mechanical properties and rubber structure with long-term operation or storage, i.e. the effect of aging are considered. The reasons for and obtained the function determining the change in stiffness and damping characteristics of the rubber over time on the basis of the Boltzmann-Volterra's theory of heredity. This dependence is supplemented by an algorithm calculating the vibration control mining machines and systems obtained time dependence of the oscillation amplitude of these systems. Keywords: vibration insulation, elastic elements, the oscillation amplitude of rubber vibration isolators.
