INTERNATIONAL DIMENSION
International experience becomes part of the classroom
The Department's academic staff participate in
international education and research programmes,
bringing new methods, technologies and academic
practices back into teaching.
Experience gained through international placements,
collaborative projects and publications is integrated
into courses in materials science, engineering
and design. This allows students to work with
contemporary research approaches and European
educational practices.
